REFUND - NON EXISTENT
Shocking refund service. My son cancelled his course in October 2019, as at today, still no refund. There policy states 90 days, well we are way over that to say the least. All we get from them is that no estimated time can be given when refund will be done as they are working remotely. They would have taken my fees if I registered whilst they are working remotely but no refund. This is unacceptable.
