Refund matter

I am extremely aggrieved with the appalling lack of service from this so called learning institution. Since paying the required deposit of which they harassed me to pay, there's been no further action on their part to register me. This is the first time I've ever so exasperated to such an extent that I feel so powerless, if they can't register please refund me my money and cancel the application. This matter has dragged on for too long.
