Refund issues with Intec

Hi there, I have requested a refund for a course that was never completed or registered. I followed all the requests from the college to complete the refund request. It was approved, I was told that the refund would be processed after 90 days from approval. its been more that a year since their acceptance. Still no refund. No access to support. No assistance from Intec regarding the refund. The calls all go unanswered as so the emails. I am extremely frustrated that institutions like this can practically commit ******* and get a way with it.

I had to complete their so called refund process 3 times, this costs time, and money. I need to get the refund paid out, but there is not assistance from their side.
