Refund in NINETY days

<p>I paid using my credit card on the website but did not register or sign anything. I requested cancellation within 7 days. I got so many calls to sign up but none to help refund me. When I called the accounts department they could not find my payment. They now say they follow their own law and protocols and can only refund me in 90 days. Which is against the national credit act and consumer protection act. </p>
