Refund dispute

I paid full amount that I owed at Intec Collage however Intec took advantage and debited my account even after I was done paying them. Intec initiated debit order only of which I did not mind. Debit order was finishing 2022 March and Intec debited April also I asked for my refund and debit order to be cancelled, only one was done cancellation of the debit order. I kept requesting for until I was told that refund was done, and I asked to whom they can please send me a proof nothing was sent till today. all document for refund has been sent numerous times without any luck. I sent everything and filled the refund form that was sent to me and still have not been refunded till today. amount in question is monthly repayment amount of R1100. who benefited from my refund?
