Refund

My name is Philipa Ntuli, 2022 March i paid intec full amount and requested that they stop the debit order, intec continued to debit my account. I requested refund and was told to send supporting documents I did sent it however up until now I still have not received my refund. Emails have been sent but no one is willing to assist or answer as to what happened to my refund
