Refund

I requested a refund for an over-payment from Intec College, I filled a refund form on the 15th of Feb 2019 and they rep**** saying; documents received. As for refunds per the refund form takes up to 90 days. In June i made a follow up and they said; as your refund is in process. In July they rep**** saying; as your refund documents was completed and signed off and currently with the finance department till to day.
