re-issue of certificate or diploma

I have had such a bad service experience with Intec college, I completed my Paralegal Diploma in 2009, it was lost in 2014 and i immediately app**** for a re-issue with Intec college in November 2014, needless to say its now January 2016 and I still have not received the re-issue, I sent in all the support documents (affidavit, bank deposit slip), made the required payment but still nothing!, 2 years for a re-issue?, I call in to the call center every week and its the same story every time, \it has been escalated to the awards department"";nothing more. I have email correspondence dating back almost a year as proof. ***"""
