Rackets at Intec college

In 2019 I app**** with intec college for a business administration course, the duration was 18 months and in 2020 December I wrote my final exam and passed all my modules. However I have been waiting for my certificate since last year, time and time again I have called intec n have went to their offices but with no luck. I feel like intec is a **** once you have made all payments they give a run around. All i want is My certificate which I have worked hard for!!
