Progress on submitted assignments

I enrolled at intec for a hotel reception certificate in july 2014 and submitted my assingments in july 2015 l received results for one assignment and the rest nothing. After waiting for more than two months l enquired with student support and they said l will get a response within 48hours. After more than a week with no response l emailed assignments department but still no response. Please respond l need my certificate.
