poor services and lies

In 2015 I registered with Intec college for Technical financial Accounting, the lady by the name of kefilwe was assisting me, before I registered I asked of there are part time classes, she agreed and confirm to me that I will get my time table along with my study materials. It took them about two months to deliver the study material just for me to find out that there is no time table, I mailed kefilwe regarding this issue and she advised that the course is correspondence and my time to cancel has passed since I am only allowed to cancel a week after registering.

I called their cancellation department and they told me to pay off the account or get someone else to fill on my space

Their lies and poor service has cost me so much money and my time to study with another college that would have assisted me with classes
