POOR SERVICES AND LIES

I placed a complaint last week and on the 25th I received a call from Intec. I think the lady's name is Charlene or Charmaine and she promised me that i will receive my books this week. I phone Intec a few minutes ago and spoke to Zikile and he confirmed that there is still no stock and therefore I will not receive my books this week. I again ask the question how can they advertise courses, take peoples money and not provide the study material. Please can someone assist with details where I can report Intec as this is false adverti*****ts. In 2 months time I need to write exam but can't start my studies at all. I will not refer anyone to study through Intec as they can't keep promises. POOR SERVICE, BAD INSTITUTION AND *****!!!
