Poor service with rude consultant

Hi my name is Florence. Ive been a student at Intec and the service there is extremely poor. I have been paying my fees via debit order and im up to date. Currently i received a busary at work and they paid all my fees. Now i called to ask for refund and they said were telling stories with no help. The lady who was talking to me was very rude. Firstly you will wait moths to get your assignment marks. Or they will say they didnt receive it. I work at TVET college and we dont serve our student like this. And what with the Period of waiting 3 months before getting your money. I wouldnt encourage anyone to study with Intec. I regret my decisions. If i wasnt forced by my employer to finish this course. I would have left. Very very poor service
