POOR SERVICE INTEC COLLEGE

Hi

I am very disappointed with the service i receive from your consultants.I spoke to Jaquiline in connection with my assignments and she told me they will be send back to me in 3 days time that was two weeks back phoned in again last week and was told another 3 days.I phoned today and spoke to Lynn who now says she does not know when can i expect my marked assignments back, how is that possible.These are assignments send from 17/08/2017.How can one even prepare for exams not knowing where the gaps are.I was told to submit all assignments in my study units which i did only to here now from another consultant that i only submit the ones on the course overview table.The tutor Pratisha that i was assigned is just as *********** in assisting with questions,she will take the whole week not responding to my emails.You are very fast to have people enrolled BUT YOU JUST DO NOT DELIVER.
