POOR SERVICE FROM INTEC COLLEGE

I enlisted to study WEB DESIGN AND PAID CASH FOR THE COURSE. The item are to be sent via courier. It is stated that 21 days is needed. Ok! The courier arrives before the due time with AN INTRO MANUAL AND MY STUDENT CARD. THERE IS NO FLASH DRIVE, NO PASSWORD TO GET INTO THEIR SYSTEM. I call and they are bent on 21 days. Now this has passed and i fight to receive items that i paid R8100 for!!!!!
