Poor Service for results

<p>I registered for N4 Tourism in April 2015 and eventually received my books, did all my assignments on time and passed them well. My money was taken very quickly from Intec and I was told if I had any more problems that i am welcome to contact them. I wrote 3 exams in November 2015 and am still waiting the results (its 25 May 2016) today. I eventually had to make a fight with Intec to send my results to me so I could forward it to the college where I wrote the exams in Kimberley (meaning I had to do Intec head office work for them). The question is why did I have to do there work. Because it was done very late I am now suffering from getting my results from the Department of Education in Pretoria. I demand now that Intec does what they need to do to get my results for me. I dont want to hear that they are now busy with exams (as after all I dont care and its your job)! Do what needs to be done or this will be taken even higher and I will embarass you even more infront of everyone else in public. I AM WAITING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
