Poor service at Intec College

My Company enrolled me into a course at Intec College. My course ended on the 01/02/2019 and my account was paid in advance since 2017. I asked the College for my results and I still await my June and November 2018 results as well as my final results for the course. I have sent numerous complaints to the College to obtain my results and the College still failed to give the results to me. I receive the same response each time that my query will be sent and escalated to the Exam's Department for investigation but then no response further. We have lodged a complaint on the website and spoke to numerous Call Center agents but still no results.
