POOR SERVICE AND QUALITY

I am a registered student from INTEC College. The study material that I was sent refers to 1998 IN THE FUTURE. The service I receive, albeit friendly, is very poor as the support section (which is your ONLY point of entry) only refer your questions to the correct department but can not help you with anything. The examination questionnaires had questions in that was not covered by the study material. On request to receive newer study material, I was never answered (since Nov 2017). I attempted to deregister, but was told that I had access to student advisers and will have to pay 20 000 (3/4 of the study fees) in order to deregister. I am not in need of a professor, I am in need of the CORRECT and UP TO DATE study material. Furthermore the examination results did not include the results of ALL the subjects that I have written. Six weeks later (after weekly inquiries) I still get the answer (after 48 hours) that they have referred my request and have 48 hours to respond.

DO NOT waste your time with INTEC College. I am sure there are more proficient institutions out there. I was caught by the offer that I could pay the study fees bmo monthly installments. It is not worth it. The worst study experience I have ever had,
