Poor service and incompetence

The service is so poor, first I received a call that my payments are behind,when I tell that lady that I don't agree, she then found that their system doesn't update in time. Till today, I haven't received my correct invoices. Second, I logged an enquiry why I cannot be actively registered on student support portal, keeps saying "activate on email received " but I actually don't receive those emails. The only answer I got was they will make IT technical team aware, no feedback and the problem is still there. I can't access my study material because of lack of help.
