Poor service and ignorance

My name is philipa i registered with intec collage in march and I was sent an SMS with my student number and was told that I will obtain my study material in their student portal. I have been trying to access their side with no success have engaged them and made them aware about this till now now one is assisting. Funny that they are billing me every month for the service I haven't received I am not happy, I am shocked by the bad service I am receiving and no longer interested with studying with them. My question is wat are the billing me for I am a new student and I don't deserve to be treated like this I feel that it is not fair
