Poor service

The most poor service yet, I have registered to do a course with intec and never again will I make that mistake I am trying to assistance for so long and all they tell you is to contact another person. I was booked at a venue I can't find and they refuse to assist in helping me find the place I decided to cancel as I have emails and called and still received no help and with regards to cancelling wow there seems to be no 1avaliable all call centers are not operational no on1 seems to respond to emails all I want is my refund so I can go to an institution that takes education seriously. They quick to register but assist in other things wow it's so bad they uploaded all the incorrect study material when I needed to call to correct I was told no one was at work due to covid and there was no one else to help. Teachers are back at school workers back at work but intec seems to be an exception and they feel no need to help those who are registered with them this is so sad.
