Poor service.
I canceled my acount with them a year ago and sent multiple email regarding the cancellation and no one responded. Then I filed a complaint on the complaints board and someone rep**** and said I must email my details to customer care, and guess what? Still no reply. Now they want to hand me over to the layers. I will not pay them a cent they do not deserve my money.

05 Sept 2023, 14:07I got a call from intec right after this complaint and they confimed that they received my cancelation papers, but again the bad service is going on. No reply after that call.
