poor service

<p>I registered my younger sister last year to the college and had to cancel the registration due to personal reasons, I sent my first email on the 4/02/2016 for the cancellation and it took them 10 months to come back to me, after I screamed, shouted and threated to take them to my lawyers. Now that the registration is canceled they have to refund me same of the amount that I paid, all the paper work needed from my side was sent and to this date I’m still waiting for that refund, each time I call the manager (Shakier) is either he is buys or out of the office, I’ve left him so many messages and emails but he is just not interested at all. All I WANT IS MY MONEY</p> <p> </p>
