Poor Service

<p>Poor Service from Intec</p> <p> </p> <p>I have completed my exams in November 2013 and never received my award.</p> <p>In 2015 I contacted the college and was advised that I had outstanding assignments (all assignments where submitted in 2013), which I had to submit before receiving my award. I had to pay an amount to extend the course and resubmitted my assignments.</p> <p>All of this was done and I received my assignment results in November 2015.</p> <p> </p> <p>Since then I had to contact the college numerous times for my award. I received a tracking number in April 2016, when I collected the parcel it was a copy of my assignment. (Which I don’t need as I has a copy).</p> <p> </p> <p>Till today I have not received my award and every time I call the college I receive no assistance. I am provided with the same tracking number of my assignments.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is frustrating and my career is placed on hold….</p> <p> </p> <p>Please assist as I urgently require my certificate / award.</p>
