Poor service

All students are back to school and ready for the new year, well all except my daughter. Why? Because Intec has still not given us her previous years results, and we can't enroll for the next course until this is received. Intec says the exam venue must give, so I go there only to be sent back to Intec. I feel we paid in full, in advance for N1 in 2017 and Intec should be responsible for getting us the results, should they not. Very quick to take money, but beyond slow once they have it. No response to emails or calls.
