Poor service

My husband registered to study at intec then after some few months he decided to stop studying because of his work. He informed the college that he wants to stop studying, but they continued charging him fees while he was no longer a student there. Now he wants to pay the money he owes them, he has been sending the emails of his bank statement, their call centres are never answered, they don't even return calls. They are just useless.
