POOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE TO STUDENTS

I am experiencing problems with Intec College and i have not even started being fully fledged with curriculum for the year. <br> I have to be constantly calling them to assist in registering MY OWN DETAILS in their system in order for me to be able to log in their Virtual Campus and Microsoft 365 Outlook. <br> Firstly my password was not sent to me and when i call they tell me that it was not registered. is that possible???<br> <br> Secondly, your Virtual Campus Website is not functioning and giving so many errors when attempting to register and log in.<br> <br> People warned me about registering with Intec but i decided to give them the benefit of the doubt.. what a big mistake!!! <br> <br> This College should be brought to order immediately as they are going against everything they promised you to do..Breach of Contract! Only too happy to take our money but come service delivery..its a different story!<br> <br> Im getting my lawyers on this..
