POOR OUTDATED STUDY MATERIAL AND ZERO ASSISTANCE

<p>I have appealed to most Intec support staff and more recently MR Shakier Achmat -Call Centre Manager relating to the poor study material supp**** (merely Photostatted old notes which are hardly legible) always resulting in assurances that a tutor would contact me and supply me with all the necessary notes and answers to my pressing issues. Weeks go by and then months without resolve whilst allowing a student to fall horribly behind as one cannot progress with a subject that one does not understand.</p> <p>I have burned up every last bit of energy to defend the institution and believing that they will assist me with my studies and desires to improve myself etc. This is absolutely not the case… Be WARNED THAT ONCE YOU HAVE ENROLLED YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN, saddled with outdated study materials that are no longer relevant according to the leading professors at a nearby university. You will have endless trouble in submitting assignments and receiving feedback from your assignments, not to mentioned dozens of unanswered questions and personal ‘pass the buck’ to other departments which never return your emails or answers you questions or concerns whether telephonically or through correspondence. Once again I implore anyone wanting to study through INTEC COLLEGE be warned you are wasting your money. The institution houndS you constantly for your business, being sure to never leave you alone, however once you have committed to your studies and have embarked on a particular career path with the institution you are on your own- rest assured…</p> <p> </p> <p>I know that once this letter is picked up by someone in the institution, I will immediately get phone calls and messages stating the someone has acknowledged receipt of this complaint and that someone would contact me shortly. This barely happens, and if it does, its just smoke and mirrors having the institution merely trying to protect it’s reputation. They will not assist you in resolving anything, BE WARNED.</p>
