POOR FEEDBACK iro STUDENT QUERY

Lodged 2 queries with INTEC on the 28th of September, proper student numbers and assignment numbers were provided to them. Usually takes 72 hours to get back regarding a query. I contacted the institution, few hours short of 3 days, held the line very long, and got through to an extremely rude gentlemen stating that I should wait a full 3 days. I just wanted to follow up as I've not received a peep. Then waited another 2 days after that without receiving a reply. Student care line inhumanely busy so I sent a reminder/light complaint e-mail. They again \escalated"my matters. Another couple of days"
