Poor customer service from Intec College

What a struggle, absolutely no response to email communication. Submitted a cancellation request to cancel a diploma I enrolled in due to financial difficulties, submitted all the required documentation Dec 2019, no usable feedback, no outcome yet March 2020. These guys should enrol for their own course on customer care. Will definitely not consider these guys for a qualification or course again. The least they can do is respond!!
