Poor Communication/*****ulent Institution

I enrolled with Intec from 12/01/2022 and after several months of debiting with no communication on course progress, i made contact with them and got their Cancellation form which I completed on 10/08/2022, to date, I have not received refunds and/or status regarding the raised issues on cancellation form (Poor communication, no updates on online platform). I have visited 1 of their Durban KZN branches and was told that only Capetown will be able to assist, have sent many emails and with no response.
