Poor communication and service

my boyfriend and myself registered end of 2019 with Intec College. I registered for a diploma in business management and my boyfriend for N3 Engineering studies. Due to a lack of communication, my boyfriend didn't write his exam last year as intec never sent us the registration forms. So we had to wait for the new year. We started getting emails but as soon as we phoned or emailed to ask questions, nobody replies! As soon as i ask to speak to the manager, the line cuts out or he isn't in at the moment, I must phone back in 5 minutes! Registrations closes tomorrow but yet again, nobody answers the phones or emails. I only heard good things from Intec college before we registered, but now...
