Poor admin

<p>My daughter registered to do physical science and life science for matric 2016. The registration and payment process was slick and it has been steadily downhill ever since. The exam process is not organized. The returning of marks and feedback after exams is non existent and after you have complained a few times they stop answering calls and emails. We have asked for exam memos - the only way to learn how to answer exam questions and apparently that's not in their policy. I don't think they have a memo which explains the exam marking. It is so bad it distracts from the point of Intec - to educate students to hopefully pass exams. If my daughter gets through it will be thanks to hard work and her private tutor. I am doing my damndest to get them shutdown. </p>
