poor

I been study with Intec for about two years my course will be finished in April 2020 I am battling to get a new pastel 14 reg code for 2020 out of them apparently they still busy writing it whatever that means. been phoning sending emails nothing. I want my exam results for November 2019 nothing keep on telling me there was / is a issue. they keep on saying they will log a call I must have logged thousand of calls already. My course is finishing in April 2020 now I want to see if I have not submitted all my assignments what is going to happen because they are dragging their feet . I am really to be pist off if I cant submit by assignments in time
