Please DO NOT register with this college.
I registered to study with intec in Jan 2015. My course began in April 2015 (as a result of late delivery of study material). Everything ran smoothly and I had no issues for the next two years (which was the duration of my course ). Until 2 ********** . I wrote my final exam in the November session of 2016. It is now November 2017. And I am informed NOW that I have to rewrite one of my exams as a result of negligence. one of my EXAM RESULTS IS LOST!!!. What disappointed me most is that I call intec every second or third day from The time I got my first exam results which excludes two subjects... trying to find out why the two results were omitted from the results sheet. In the first month of querying I was informed to include In my cv that the diploma is now complete and I am awaiting delivery. Today the 17th of November I am informed that I haveto rewrote the exam in June. What happens if I am called for an interview and the interviewer is under the impression that I have completed my diploma??. Above all, the student support at intec gets paid to do absolutely nothing. You call and you get put on hold for long periods of time, to be told “I’ll get back to you” and they NEVER DO. Intec s brochures state that they cater for distance learning, and those who have a day job. How do you study with intec if you gotta spend so much time waiting for them to pick up the phone?. This has been a complete waste of 3 years o my life. I must now apply for leave all over again to sit for an exam as a result of incompetency on intec part. An attourney has very generously offered to help me with the issue, and here again intec shines with their support : nobody can give me the Dean/principals contact details to forward him a letter of demand. I hope that this helps someone who is interested I studying at a college to not make the same mistake I did. You are far better off studying at a college in a rural area or similar. Thank you for wasting 3 years of my life intec.
