Payments Credited Late

<br> I have received an account showing that i am 3 months in arrears on my account. When I called to query I was told by Colin Cupido that the deposit I paid in December had only been credited to my account in March. My account is up to date however they cannot provide me with an updated statement proving my account is up to date as their system needs to updated and I should call back in a few weeks. I requested to speak to a Supervisor and Colin refused saying that only he could assist.<br> I am unable to extend required credit with another retailer as this bad payment is now showing up on my credit record. I requested urgent assistance by email and as well and to date nobody has called me to sort this out. It is not fair that bad admin should be allowed to affect my credit record. I have also requested my record be corrected with Trans Union as I have to have a good record for 4 months before I can request extended credit again. This 4 month period will only start once my credit has been corrected with Intec and they don't seem to care that their bad admin has affected me personally. This is not the first time they have disappointed me and I am sorry I ever signed up with them.<br>
