Paying for nothing

This is such a useless *********** college the promised me a tutor and it is even written on thier website when you register but from last year until now i couldn't get hold of one. The than Promised results until now i dont have results ti than wrote 8 assignments and now im told i submitted wrong assignments and Nobody told me neither was it written anywhere not even on my portal that i have compulsory assignments to submit. I pay fees every month but get less value for my money. I had recently app**** for a bursary application and now im awaiting my marks for a bursary review board and i think i will lose it. Im paying intec college but i cant sleep or have a peace of mind. Its completely useless
