Payed for no books !!

<p>So about 5 years ago I started a course from intec and the books got to me I payed about 7000+ and after a few weeks decided to change the course I phoned and it was all well so I sent back the study material via courier on my own cost and waited for new course material its 5 years later and now they have impacked my credit score as an outsanding amount of 11000 must be payed but I dont have any study material for the 7000 + that I already payed !!bad service would not recomment to anyone and will not leave it here!! Everytime I phone they say they will get back to me but they never do !!</p>
