Pathetic services and communication skills.

I actually regret registering at intec, I paid my deposit on the 26th of February and still didn't get any feedback as to when my study material will be dropped, I get no feedback from any of them, and when I phone in they say there is a backlog, if I don't follow up, they don't bother! I hope I'll be able to get my deposit back and go to another institution.
