Pathetic Service from Intec College

Am resorting to this as am appalled by the service I've received from this institution it's been 4 years trying to close on my diploma , finished it 2 years back only to my disbelief they lost my assignments ,had to resend which to date i have not received the results to finalize my diploma, I've reached out to managers which previous one was very helpful Mr john Ndanji, who had handed over to Phillip Slatter who has not lifted a hand to get my issues resolved only forwards my complain and leaves it hanging until i complain of no feedback then forwards my complain again to the same manager\lead Sumaiya Wilkinson which i don't know how they operate as managers if you don't see complaints as a hazard to the business especially if your name is attached to the complain ,you should see it through that it's resolved which Mr Phillip Slatter a long with Sumaiya has not done, bear in mind I have paid my course in full all at one go which i regret if only i knew it would take me 5 years to complete a 2 year diploma i would've chosen a different institute am sure i would've been hired by now with the new merits of the diploma, but all of this will be addressed by my lawyer I also don't know why i took so long to fill this with my lawyers cause WOW what a journey.
