Pathetic service from Intec

Intec's service is pathetic! I have paid, sent my exam registration in before the closing date for this November's exam session and have no information on where I will be writing or received a confirmation letter from them. I've been phoning them for the past 2 weeks and every time they tell me the same thing over and over. If asked to speak to the managers, they are always in a meeting. I'm supposed to write next Thursday... Currently studying for exams but might not be able to write... Stressing about exams is one thing, but stressing that your college's admin is something no student should be doing.
