Pathetic service from awards department

I have been waiting months for my certificate. I completed my ECD NQF4 around this time last year. I paid up my account in April. I am still waiting for my certificate. Without it, I cannot find a job as I have no proof of certificate and I cannot get SACE registered, making it more difficult to apply for a teaching post. I've e-mailed several times and the answer is always the same: they're waiting for the awards department. Intec, you are putting my financial status in jeopardy because of this!
