Pathetic service

It's been a year and almost 2months since I've submitted my cancelation forms and still no refund. The only reply I get when I do get one is that they are waiting on the finance department for feedback. It's pathetic that I have to wait this long for my money back. Call centre staff tend to get annoyed when you phone and not very helpful. I just want my money back to be done with this place. Would really not recommend this institute
