Pathetic Service!!!!

I finished my certificate course August 2019 and I am still waiting for my certificate. I have been sending emails almost every week since and I receive the same response every time. "They are looking into it".... on most emails they don't even reply. It is only a piece of paper I am requesting that is now talking more than a year to issue. Service is useless and I will not recommend INTEC college to my worst enemy.
