Pathetic service

More than 2 weeks and still no answer. I have come in contact with 3 individuals in different departments, thinking that they would be of help. Either I receive sarcastic emails from them, or no emails.

I am really sick and tired of this pathetic service. Since they have gone over to new management, things have gotten worse and worse by the minute...

Intec was the worst decision I have ever made in my life.
