Pathetic Service

I made a tutor query on the 17th of December and did not get response from the college, then in January I followed up on that query and they said they didn't receive my query which I have proof that I did send it, and two weeks ago I spoke to guy called Isgak Remedies and I again send my query to him and he forward the query to the tutor department and a week went by and I mail him again and he said my query has been allocated to the right the department and should receive feedback in 72 hours and it has been two weeks now, what is going on in the tutor department that I don't receive feedback? The service is pathetic and I demand the contact details of the managing member because this has gone on too long and something has to be done about this.
