Pathetic service

St.No***1 I completed my certificate course in Air-conditioning & Refrigeration, and on 25 March 2019 i app**** for the issue of my certificate. The information says it takes 8 weeks, and if there is a problem with the issue of the certificate, they will send an SMS. Fourteen weeks later no SMS and no response to the numerous emails. All that is needed is an email to say there is a delay. Pathetic serivce! Thanks Craig Abrahams.
