Pathetic service

I wish I can give no stars as Intec College is pathetic. I recently got a full time job where I have the opportunity to study through the company and I want to cancel my currwnt studies with Intec College. I have submitted all my documents on the 29th of April, today is the 1st of July. It has been almost 10 weeks and I have no feedback from Intec College, I have one email to say it is in for a review and thats about it. So far I have been following up and pboning and emailing and no respone. Everytime i phone to follow up the people tell me the same thing over and over, they will submit my review to te cancelation department. This has been the worst service from Intec College. All I am waiting for is to find out what the amount is to pay in order for me to cancel it in what possible way can it take 10 weeks to figure that out. I dont think any of the consultants can be happy with me as I have been phoning twice a week to follow up. This is madness... This is pathetic service from a college who has R24000 out of me already.
