Pathetic refund procedure

I registered with Intec in March and lost my job just before any study materials were delivered. And according to their contract you get refunded within 14 days, and i was within that time frame. They said atleast 60-90 days and i waited patiently. But now i realise it was all for nothing because every time they tell me that they are waiting for managers signature which is not my problem. You guys are pathetic and it now comes to me that you either ******s or you taking advantage that im just a 21year old boy, i paid that money and i want it back unless you give me a reason why i shouldn't get it back.
