Pathetic LACK of assistance

I emailed the support about 3 weeks ago requesting a cancellation amount to cancel my studies with Intec. 2 weeks ago I got an email stating they are 'accessing my query' and sent me forms to complete to cancel.<br> <br> I completed everything and sent back to them immediately. I called the call centre and they as usual cant help me, 2 weeks later and I am STILL WAITING on a cancellation amount.<br> <br> I just want the cancellation amount so I can get out of this pathetic college that has NO support and take years too assist.
